Create Your First Open House
Add a listing, upload a property photo, and prepare it for visitor sign-ins.
Create a new open house
- From your dashboard, click New Open House.
- Enter the property address and basic listing details.
- Upload a property photo if you want the visitor sign-in page and flyer to feel more polished.
- Add any internal notes you want to keep with the listing.
- Save the open house.
What happens after saving
- The listing appears in your dashboard under My Open Houses.
- You can open the listing to review visitor activity, feedback, and settings.
- You can route your Universal QR Code to this listing when you are ready for guests to scan in.
Best practice
- Create the open house before the event starts so you have time to test the QR code.
- Use a clean property photo and generic, accurate listing details.
- Double-check that the correct listing is active before printing or displaying your QR code.

Keep your profile, active listing, and QR code settings updated before each open house so visitors always see the right information.
