Visitor incentives
- Enable incentives for a specific property when you want to encourage sign-ins or thank visitors.
- Visitors may need to meet your requirements before a gift is sent.
- Gift requests can appear in your Gifts dashboard for review depending on your settings.
Manual gifts
- Go to Gifts in your dashboard.
- Choose to send a manual gift.
- Enter the recipient information and gift details.
- Review the gift before sending.
Wallet and fees
- Gift features may require a funded wallet or account balance.
- Top-ups and gift processing may include a convenience fee.
- Gift delivery can depend on accurate recipient information and third-party provider availability.
