Understand the Free plan, Pro plan, and billing basics.

Free plan

The Free plan lets you create up to 3 open houses.
It is a simple way to test the platform with real listings.
You can still use QR routing, visitor sign-ins, and basic feedback features.

Pro plan

The Pro plan is $9.99 per month.
Pro includes unlimited open houses and unlimited visitor submissions.
Pro also unlocks digital Gifts features and shareable property feedback summaries.

Billing basics

Billing is handled through Stripe.
You can manage your subscription from your account or billing portal when available.
Canceling stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund prior charges unless required by law or expressly stated.
